We bought this in May of 2008 off Ebay. THE PERFECT SLEEPER CAR LOOKS 100% STOCK EXCEPT 2 IN COWL STEEL HOOD I have nothing to show the parts listed that cannot be seen (internals) are true. I just took on faith by the listing. This car had 83,331 miles on it when we bought it 6 years ago. It currently has 87,718. This car has only been driven during nice weather and stored in winter. It has always been garaged kept since we have owned it. The few things we have added: NEW PAINT FALL OF 2010 CUSTOM PLUG WIRES HIGH TORQUE STARTER We had car painted because of some scratches in the drivers side quarter panel. The paint was 25 years old; it was time to do it all instead of trying to fix. Our painter said absolutely no rust issues at all. This leads me to believe this car has always been taken care of. If you are looking for that sexy look of the 80's monte ss, but with far more power than the weak 305. This is the one for you. This is a nice car to take on a drive wherever you want to go. Great cruising car, very driveable. I can't say enough about it. The intereior....new headliner (as was told to me by the guy we bought it from). I believe this to be true. The rest is original. I would say in good condition for a car pushing 30. It has a few imperfections which I tried to show in pictures, but overall good shape. All gauges are original and seem to work fine. The only things not working are cruise and air. The engine not being original the cruise was not hooked back up. The a/c is not currently blowing cold air. It has always worked for us in the past, but stopped at some point this summer. Not sure of the problem, possibly needs charged. We paid $8600 for this car in 08. The paint was $5000. With a few other misc. things We have at least $15000 in this thing. We are listing this NO RESERVE STARTING BID $8000. This is a steal in our opinion, but its time to move on to something else.
