NOTE: This Jeep is being Relisted due to a NON-Payment an NON-Communicating previous bidder. Please do not bid if you are not serious. Thank you! This is a 1979 Jeep CJ-5 Silver Anniversary. It will be sold at the end of this auction at NO RESERVE. It is fully operable and has actually been driven around town this summer. It will easily load itself onto any transport hauler. It is in need of a Full and TOTAL restoration. I am a licensed dealer helping a friend sell this Jeep who does not have an ebay account and is unfamiliar with ebay. NOTE: I am not selling this Jeep through our business. I am simply listing this for my friend. He will be giving you a clean, transferrable title that is correctly signed over in his name. I have personally owned 2 of these Jeeps myself and am relatively familiar with them. This is the 3rd one I have ever seen. They do not come along often. If you do an online search of "1979 Jeep CJ5 Silver anniversary" you will find quite a bit of useful information on this. Anyway, as previously mentioned, this is a project Jeep. Plan on having to go through it top to bottom. It is 35 years old and in desperate need of TLC. It is a highly collectable Jeep and would be worth saving. Obviously, the vehicle will not leave our possession until full payment has CLEARED. Vehicles need to be picked up within 3 weeks of auction end unless previous arrangements have been made. I highly encourage inspections on all vehicles offered, either in person, or by a hired professional. This is to satisfy YOU. There are many different companies that specialize in doing nothing but that. They generally charge between $100-$175 and THAT may truly be a bargain to give you piece of mind and any additional info you may need. The vehicle will be made available for inspection by appointment. If you decide to forego the inspection, there really is no reason you should be unhappy about anything after the auction has ended. They have not undergone ANY type of inspections/ or specific tests for ANYTHING. This includes emissions and safety inspections. We cannot guarantee compliance of the vehicle for your state, because every state has different requirements as far as safety and emissions inspections are concerned. Again, YOU ARE BUYING A USED VEHICLE AS-IS/ NO WARRANTY. All descriptions given are a general observation based on very limited contact with the vehicles.
