SUPER LOW MILES WITH MANY TO GO!!! 47k miles!! This car was bought from my neighbor who bought it new. He was 94 and was only allowed to drive it up and down our street until parked cars suffered.....as can be seen by the various dings/dents. My father bought it in 1992 with 27,000 miles!!! )picture of title to me proves above.) It's 2014 and my father aged and rarely drove it also. I had my local professional mechanic shop recondition and repair to make road worthy. Brake service/line flush, gas lines/tank/filters, clutch adjustment, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, new international battery, and various other maintenance done. It runs better everyday!! Not a hint of smoke ever. The only apologies are that it has a slight flat spot in the carb that is becoming less and less noticeable as fuel is run through it. For some reason the pipe from the catalytic converter to the muffler just gave up. The tone isn't as noticeable as you would think and easily drivable in its present condition. It's the ABSOLUTE ONLY RUST on the truck!! No cancer on the little truck. If you aren't familiar with these little 2.4L motors please do the research and you'll find that they very commonly go 300,000 on the drive train. The suspension is tight and tracks straight when you let go of the steering wheel. The clutch and 5speed are as new. The interior looks darn good!! The motor has no "wet" on it from under. A jam up GREAT GAS MILAGE vehicle. I got 28mpg in the city and 35 on the highway. That was its first tank after sitting and maintenanced. All lights, horn, radio, and such works. It is equipped with AC (rare). The compressor turned freely but I did not want to invest the $265 to update it since most of the summer is gone. It rides well in the city and on the highway. Also, tires have good tread and I'd feel good about driving where I needed to.
