Vehicle Detail
1956 INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER S-160 SCHOOL BUS RUNNING/DRIVING *****************video link*********** https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXyO4_hR8X4 ***********video link***** I have for sale an exceptionally nice 1956 IH S-160 with a superior school bus body on it. I found this vehicle in Minnesota , it had been used as I believe a motorhome/camper. there has been camper cabinets and some furniture / appliances installed. I had the carb rebuilt, tank cleaned and flushed, new fuel pump, battery, alternator, brakes bled and checked out, radiator brazed, coil, distributor, plugs, etc. the bus now runs great and drives down the road! this would be such a very cool restore for someone. I had thought about making the inside a mobile IH museum with old diner style booths and counters in it. or it would be really neat just to put it back to a historic school bus. you have to think 1956 was a long time ago, for this to be in as good of shape as its in is just amazing to me. I cant say I have ever seen one before. please be sure to watch the video of the bus running, driving, etc. I tried to cover everything. it is a great foundation to make this bus into something very special. I do not have the title for it you will receive a bill of sale only. very easy to obtain a title though. you will not have to pay sales tax through our dealership only sign the bill of sale. as most of you know that follow my auctions I collect international harvesters and fix up, find, sell, pretty much anything IH related. sometimes I make money sometimes I do not. it is a hobby of mine. bid with confidence and please feel free to send your questions. kevin
