Vehicle Detail
1970 Charger RT/SE 440 U code , factory 4 Speed A34 4:10 dana 60 super track pack car, Real FJ5 Car , Barn Find , Very rare and cool car This car was sitting in a barn for quite some time , the owner who has sense passed was the 2nd owner of the car and had it sense 1974 the car as far as I can tell has not been on the road for many years , when I picked the car up you can tell it has been in some deep storage for some time , as some point he had bought ET chrome mags and put wax on them to try to preserve the wheels , the rear tire are like new and still have the nipples on them . The body is in fair shape overall not a complete rot box but will need some patch work here and there , the front clip on the car is very good shape , hood is nice and has the hood mounted turn signals , the left fender will need a tiny patch on the lower dog leg of the fender , the right will also need a patch, on the dog leg and maybe a small on the top of the fender by the antenna area but overall in good shape, it will need half quarters and trunk extensions , the trunk pan is actually in good shape but could use some patch work in a couple spots , it will need the rear valance and corners , the frame rails are a little swollen in the rear , the fronts are nice , the cross member will need a couple patches but is still solid , the window area around the front and rear glass is very nice , the vinyl top is even in real good shape , all the trim work is there and nice but needs a little polishing, this car is pretty much 100% complete but is missing the jack out of the trunk , If you look there are 2 fender tags pictured , one is for this car and the other is for the one that was built rite before it 115249 I know the owner of this car and he would be possibly interested in selling it along with my car , his is all restored and painted but is in the process of being put together , his is a purple 6 pack 4 speed car The Car runs and moves it currently has a 383 hp motor out of a 69 roadrunner with the 383 hp 4 speed carb on it , the original 440 for the car is long gone and this was the motor that was in the car back in 74 when the second owner bought the car , It has the original 70 HP exhaust manifolds on it , the motor runs and the car lot drives but is not road worthy and the exhaust is rusted off , it has the correct 956 radiator in it, it has the correct 10.95 aluminum bell housing and numbers matching 18 spline hemi transmission , and the original Dana 60 rear axle, original fender tag numbers on the rear trunk lip and radiator support are there and nice it has the original fender tag and a build sheet, the interior in the car is in very nice shape for its age the dash is nice but the numbers are yellowed , the door panels and upper pads are nice and usable, along with the seats , other than the drivers seat had a tear on upper cushion, it has the AM 8 track radio with the 3 speaker dash, hood black out treatment , lots of cool options , manual steering power disk brakes, over all a good and complete project that you wont have to chase parts all over the countryside because someone tore it apart and lost interest , please e mail if you have any questions , payment will need to be in the form of cash , I will not accept any other type , if you cannot agree to this than please don't bid , thank you.
