Exterior The exterior of the vehicle set’s it apart from the pack, it is finished in it’s factory original Sunset Orange Metallic paint that is in great shape with some very minor rock chips on the nose and hood and less than normal wear on the remainder of the body. The body of the car is excellent with excellent body fit, and a laser straight body. The vehicle is equipped with a very sharp set of aftermarket rims with tires that will need to be replaced soon. The vehicle is equipped with the very popular removable glass T-Top roof panels. The factory hood scoop and factory rear spoiler let you know this is not your run of the mill Camaro. Interior The interior is in great shape with black leather bucket seats with center console. Mechanical Mechanically the vehicle is very impressive with the 5.7 Liter LS1 V8 motor that has the SS optioned SLP engineering performance upgrades producing a very responsive 325 Horsepower, the vehicle has aN automatic transmission that shifts smoothly. The 2002 SS models received the intake manifold from the LS6, the engine used in the fifth generation Corvette Z06 from 2001-2004. This change also resulted in a revised camshaft profile and removal of the EGR system. Accordingly, stated power ratings were increased to 325 hp (242 kW) for the SS which also added a power steering cooler. The vehicle has no known mechanical issues and starts, runs, drives, and stops like it should. The engine compartment, as the pictures show is very clean.
