This started as a 1986 944 turbo. Engine swap to 1989 944s2 3.0 16 valve engine. Replaced pistons with low compression JE. Using stock rods with lightened crank.Custom intake ,throttle body Viteese injectors mass air flow and chip.Has catalytic converter and medium flowing muffler. Wheels 8 and 10 by18, Newer model aftermarket wheels.larger front brakes and powder coated.Tire life less than half. 968 Factory rear bumper and side skirts,door locks and mirrors. Custom rear wing.968 rear split seats .968 non working airbag steering wheel. Chrome moly front lower control arms with heim joints. Car runs good, The engine alone has about 30,0000 miles. I used this as a daily driver for about five years. the last five just on weekends.I have lots of extra parts .New water pump,clutch. Used spare transaxle and torque tube .Lots of 2.5 liter engine parts . New 16 valve cams.I have a 3.0 block project with custom sleeves similar to Darton the was never finished.I have more than a truck load of parts.Now the bad. The car has a CA salvaged Title,When i bought it the driver door was damaged and had to be replaced. The paint is far from perfect. Plenty of shine lots of front rock chips and some small blistering below back hatch.slight rear seat fading. Small oil leak front balance shaft seal. To pass smog I have a complete stock fuel rail air flow meter and brain with stock chip that all have to be swapped to pass. I also have a different cat system to swap but last test it passed with the one on the car.I have more pics i can Email.
