This is a beautiful 500SL with excellent history of being constantly maintained, showing the care and love that has been taken with this car. The engine had a $9,000 overhaul, 30,000 miles ago because of a warped crankshaft. The wiring harness was replaced this Spring at a cost of $2,200, which is a manufacture error that all 500SL had, which is now being discovered. This car has always been maintained and garaged. White body with grey trim, white removable hardtop, and grey soft top, which is 3 years old. Body is primo mint, with no scratches and dings. Driven daily to work by a mature lady who only parked in covered garage during day and again at home. The only thing that needs replacement is the radio that stopped when wiring harness defect was discovered. The drivers side arm rest is worn but seats and panels are excellent. This car WILL ONLY BE SOLD IN THE USA.
