Up for auction is a 1965 Chevrolet El Camino with a 283 V8 engine and automatic transmission. The vehicle is in overall good condition. The vehicles runs and drives but the engine is 'tired" and is leaking oil and coolant from a leaky freeze plug. The vehicle comes with a rebuilt 283 V8 that needs to be installed, I just don't have the time anymore. The vehicle also has power steering and power disc brakes in the front. The exhaust is newer and sounds nice. The body is in great shape with minor scratches associated with normal use, could probably be buffed out. The wheels and tires are also in good shape with a lot of thread still on them. The interior is in good shape with no tears. It also has a Sony CD player in the glovebox.. This would make an excellent cruiser for the right person. If you have the knowledge you can swap out the engine yourself or have someone else do it. No Reserve! Highest bid takes it.
