DSI Auto Sales, LLC is pleased to present this 2008 Escalade EXT. It is a rebuilt salvage title. This Escalade belonged to my father. He purchased it with about 8,000 as a factory demo. When the center console had the electrical short the insurance company decided to total it instead of repairing it. Knowing the vehicle like I do, I purchased it and put in a new interior. I found an interior out of a different Escalade that had 27,000 miles and I purchased the entire interior. I then had it professionally installed and then had it inspected by the state of Georgia and it now has a rebuilt title. Just to let you know, the state of Georgia has some of the most strict rebuilding requirements in the country. First, they required me to provide a receipt for the interior purchased and the vin number that it came out of. The second step they required was for me to have it inspected by a state inspector. The state inspector inspects the entire vehicle including all of the safety systems(air bags, brakes, tires, hoses, lights, horn, etc.) and verifies that it is 100% operational as the factory intended it before he will pass it. The third and final step is they state requires that I have the title relabeled as a rebuilt title. What that means is that you can title it without any trouble at all. You can trade it, sell it, etc. It is just like a regular title that just says rebuilt on it. Some states may require an inspection for your state so please verify that first. If it is going to be a Georgia purchase it will never need to be re-inspected again! Feel free to call the Georgia DMV to verify this for yourself.This SUV has never had any accidents or wrecks! The tires are like new and the brakes were just done right before the incident! All options work as they should! Please look at the pictures to see how nice it is. You will notice in the last two pictures the previous damage and the inside of the truck with the interior completely removed. You can even come see the old interior at the shop that did the installation. They have agreed to keep the complete interior just in case someone wants to see that it was indeed replaced. The only thing not replaced was the original odometer and the handle on the slide for the sun shade. I even replaced the rubber moldings on all the doors!!I do want to make one point. The title does say "ODOMETER DISCREPANCY". Due to the interior fire the insurance company had the battery cables disconnected and were unwilling to reconnect them to read the odometer. If you look at the autocheck report you can see where the mileage is consistent with what the odometer states. I can also provide receipts from the local Cadillac dealer that will help substantiate the current odometer. With all of that said, it will have to be sold as an "odometer discrepancy". Many lenders are very restrictive when it comes to rebuilt titles so please verify they will finance a rebuilt title if that is the purchase method you are intending to use.
