This is a SERIOUSLY NICE CAR I have too many Projects 1972 Dodge 340 4-Barrel 240HP, 727 Torque-Flite Automatic, 83/4 Shur-Grip Rear End all Number Matched, CHALLENGER. 1972......Before the EPA came along and ruined ALL the FUN. When you open the hood all you see is 340 cubic inches of MOPAR small block engineering. This 340 does have a Holley 4-barrel carb, otherwise it's factory NON-Smoking, NON-Leaking, NON-Oil Burning, 240 Horse MOTHER MOPAR That Runs and Sounds Dang GOOD thru a year old Flow-Master Dual Exhaust with Chrome Tips. Automatic 3-speed 727 Torque-Flite Tranny Shifts on the spot and thru a 83/4 Sure-Grip will get you Down the Road without hesitation. The interior is almost perfect with no cracks in the dash or trim, Head liner and all seats redone, Heck even the original AM/FM radio sounds Good. All gauges, lights, blower, horn, even the cigarette lighter and dome light work. Glass is in beautiful condition All sheet metal is clean and rust free and Straight as a Pin. You can't find many 43 year old cars in this condition. She has a few issues, but so did I at This age, Fortunately they are minor and you could drive her for years, but I would consider a re- paint with GOOD STUFF, no clear coat crud.
