1983 Honda Interceptor

This is a 1983 Honda V45 750 Interceptor. It is in good condition. I am second owner, purchased from a friend that was the original owner, bought new in 83. Bike was a daily driver for years. It then sat for a little while (indoors). Carbs have new HONDA OEM diaphragms installed. Bike was ridden after diaphragms were installed. Then sat for a little while (indoors) after that. Bike will crank but does not want to accept throttle. Chokes out. Don't know if carbs need cleaning or adjusting. I am not good with carburetors so I don't know what it needs (I think just the right adjustments). Tank was etched and professionally coated inside approx. 2 years ago. Was not in bad shape, just doing as preventive maint. Rear tire is brand new. Overall the bike is in good condition except for normal wear over 31 years. Please look at photos carefully and ask questions before bidding.
