My family and I own Alzheimer's Nursing homes in Las Vegas, NV for the past 25 years and a portion of this sale will be donated for the care of Elderly Alzheimer's Patients including a donation to Ebays care of Alzheimer's as well. Every once in a while vehicles are donated to us by the residents that live in our facility and this is one of those times. I have to say I almost kept this one but I don't have the room. This is one of the nicest 280se's you will see anywhere. This 1970 Mercedes 280se 2.8 6cyl engine only has 58k original miles with documentation and receipts. The original owner is in his 80's and is a fanatic about keeping his vehicles clean and well maintained. I think this Mercedes has the nicest color combination you can get Black on Cognac leather it's absolutely beautiful. I have taken many photo's just click on link below. I believe everything to be original on this car it even has the original carpets, rubber mat in trunk, and no leaks. It even has the original spare tire in trunk that came with the car new. This car runs and drives perfectly. I have driven this car back and forth from Vegas to LA multiple times without fault and it got better gas mileage than I expected. This car has never sat for any long period of time it has always been garaged and driven sparingly it's whole life that's probably why it drives so well and the rubber looks so good. I believe this to be a very well kept original car that anyone would enjoy to own and could easily be made perfect with very little. It's hard to believe this car is almost 45 years old.
