This is a very nice, unmodified 1074 Volkswagen "THING". With 46,000 original miles..Its a driver and runs very well. It's not perfect but I will guarantee any buyer it will be the nicest he he can find for the money and, most likely, the nicest original you will ever see. The top and side windows are all original and the clear plastic is getting dark from age. The only rust is below the battry box. The paint is very nice and the seats are either original or may have been recovered. It has the gas heater which has had little use if any but needs a fuse or something..The radio has a scratchy vouume control ... This "Thing" is very nice probably an 9 out of 10 PLease read up on this model to find about about all the great things people do with here "Things"
