This auction is for my beloved 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee - ORVIS Edition (1 of only 2341) ever produced. This is a 2 owner car that is in great shape for almost being 20 years old now. The first owner was 1996-1998 and then myself from 1998-Present. I took a tremendous amount of pride in caring for this vehicle and have all the service records I ever preformed if you are interested in reviewing them. Oil changes every 3,000 miles and a strong history of regularly doing all the necessary and scheduled maintenance items. The car runs very well and has a 5.2L V8 Engine with around 167,500 miles. I just had a full engine tune up preformed on it in 2012 as well as an oil change so the vehicle runs very well. Newly serviced & installed items: Full vehicle Tune-up was done in 2012.The current set of 4 tires are nearly BRAND NEW. They are Mastercraft Courser HTR Plus All-Season SUV/sports truck tires. The radiused aqua channels assists in the efficient expulsion of water from the contact patch. Offset shoulder slots enhances traction while providing a quiet ride.The battery is barely 24 months and is a top of the line Duralast Gold Battery with 1,000 Cranking-Amps and a 800 cold-cranking amps rating.The Muffler & Exhaust is fairly new as well.Recent Oil Change.New Fog Lamps/bulbs.Items on the vehicle that are do not function or are damaged: The vehicle has AC but there must be a slow leak. I had the refrigerant recharged but after a few weeks to goes back to blowing warm air. However, the AC components do run (i.e., the blower, vents, etc.). The vehicle has a CD player which is not currently functioning.The vehicle has 4 internal speakers, 3 which have shorted out leaving only 1 functioned speaker for the radio.Please see the detailed pictures for the normal wear and tear on the interior and exterior. Notably, the front plastic bumper has many chips from highway diving. The rear bumer has a vertical crack but it is solid due to a repair with screws. The vehicle has the typical rust spots in a new small places, most notably on the rear lift gate. Heated seats option is installed but not currently working.
