Sensibly modified with the 1275 cc engine, Weber carburation, front disc brakes, Minilite type alloy wheels, HD shocks and updated suspension. Fully restored and maintained by its long term owner of 30 plus years the car remains in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. Runs very strong for a 1275, quick, tight and responsive. Stops handles and drives like the Healey's intended. Full weather equipment including top, tonneau and side curtains all in excellent or new condition. Nice interior, quality upholstery and carpets, dash leather, all instruments and trim are as new. No rust tub and undercarriage, all body panels are straight. Door and bonnet gaps are uniform, actually the best I have seen on an early Sprite. Paint, although 10 plus years old, still remains in wonderful condition, verifying the care and quality of the restoration. A few cosmetic blemishes from use but overall the appearance is excellent. No dents or scratches just a few touched up stone chips. All systems, all lights, electrical, hydraulics, brakes and clutch are in great condition. This Bugeye needs nothing to be driven, shown and enjoyed immediately. You would be hard pressed to find another classic British roadster which affords its owner with as much fun and delight at such a modest price.
