Factory built in Fremont, California, with 350 engine and turbo 350 transmission, factory air and front disc brakes. Runs and drives good, with less than seventy five thousand original miles. Never had a trailer hitch, but would make a great tow car for vintage race car or surf wagon. Very clean with good chrome and glass. The Malibu wagon runs, drives, shifts and stops properly. Can be driven anywhere and does not overheat, very smooth. The power disc front brakes, power steering, windshield wipers all work good and all the glass is good. The factory air worked until recently when AC line worked loose and the freon leaked out (no damage, everything intact). The blower motor is noisy (easy access from under hood). Turn signals all intact, light up, but do not blink. Rear lift gate struts are good, but one needs new plastic grommets on both ends. I keep it in the car to hold lift gate up when open until I locate the grommets. Front seat matches in color, but is not original. Interior is intact and clean. Oversize tires and muffler are almost new. A few rust pits around roof rack, but overall extremely solid and dependable.
