Numbers matching SS. I purchased this car 6 mo ago from an estate. 1 OWNER VEHICHLE. The owner had just passed away and he had purchased it brand new in 1972. It has 78,000 original miles on it. It has been repainted once about 5 yrs ago. The paint is an awesome blue metallic. There are 2 or 3 minor chips in paint. You have to look hard to see it. Interior like new except drivers side front needs 3 or 4 stitches on the seam from getting in and out. This is a small block chevy from same era, it has a great sounding cam and shifts quick and strong. Tires are 80 % new. Carpet is new and dash is perfect. After market stereo. No rust on car after 42 years of being housed in a barn in Tenn. Bench seat and column shift and yes it is a true SS. 12 bolt rear with positraction. F-41 suspension only is SS. Original mag wheels. Round guages and tach. J vin # designating 4 barrel SS model. Rouchester chrome 4 barrel carb. I have a copy of the original title showing one owner for 42 years.
