1998 Chevy K1500 Extended Cab Z71 4x4 Up for sale is my 1998 Chevy K1500 Z71 4x4. I have dropped the price to $5,600 for a quicker sale. The ABS light did come on last week and I had it looked at and did some research and the ABS sensors need to be cleaned. I was going to just go ahead and replace them ($30) and change the brake pads, but decided to just drop the price. If it does not sell this week, I will just go ahead and do it and then relist again (most likely at a higher price). I have owned the truck for almost five years and it has about 112,000 miles. I drive the truck daily and it runs and drives great! I get it on the highway on occasion and it drives great on the highway too. It does have a little bit of a lift and some All-Terrain tires so of course you do get a little bit of the road noise with that which is typical. This is not a brand new truck and has it's share of cosmetic defects, but most of them aren't really noticeable until you are right up on the truck. This truck also drives awsome in the snow, something I will really miss about it. It does have some rust which is normal for this truck of this age. Mainly the rust is at the bottom of the doors and has not gone through; no holes. Again you kind of have to be right up on the truck to notice it. The frame has typical suface rust. All of the rust on this is truck I would say is below average from what I have seen from friends trucks and others I have seen for sale; especially at this price point. There are a couple other small spots of surface rust, but nothing major. There are normal scuff/scraps here or there, but again normal for a 16 year old truck. I also have a Remote Start / Keyless Entry system that I never installed that I will give to the buyer.
