Vehicle Detail

This is a 1989 Camaro Iroc Z28 driven by Davey Jones, This car was a special order,as a Group-Zero A/C delete, G92 it's called a 'Opposite Wonder' It has Konni shocks, 4 wheel 12 inch disc brakes posi rearend, built in fire system, blue printed fuel-injected engine, built by Bilmar, and a 5 speed. transmission, plus many more options as you can see! This Car has a Lot of History! ........................This car has been in storage for approx. 15 years needs tlc work ,throw out bearing maybe? injectors need cleaning ,runs pretty good but can run better if had injectors and good gas ,no catalytic converter needs tires ,has 16 inch wheels , on hood an on off switch for racing safety, and it has fake switches on the steering wheel to simulate the way the two way radio worked back then,on pass side a tube in the window for there air/ a/c to come in while they raced, the car is a great car selling it because need cash for regular bills and now vet bills, I use to take it to the car shows in reno, lots of fun , if someone gave a little paint touch up and a tuneup ,tires ,and a catalytic put on it , the registration is only one year to reg , because it's like buying a new car because it was never on the street, also the story is General Motors gave this car to Levi Strauss to sponsor Davey Jones, if any question call me at 707-975-8696 ask for AL, good luck bidding ............this was a SCCA race car.ID tag will not match vin do to new vin from Highway Patrol gave a new one do to GM did not wish to hit the streets , but I got a new vin because GM missed one Id # and the Highway Patrol found it to make it legal again, so I save the car, it took years for me to talk the seller into selling this car , and I got lucky , with the right phone call / timing / and here it is again approx. 15 year later back for sale, again good luck bidding....This car came from Sears Point raceway area / before name changed to Infineon raceway I was told it was one of the first cars he trained in...Also this car in 1989 cost approx. $25,000 to build, the cost of the car was$11,400. ,,, ( SO Iam starting at a low starting price ).... ON 9/5/2014 THE 6TH DAY OF AUCTION ,,, I JUST FIXED A WIRE DISCONNECED BY THE REAR DRIVERS SIDE THAT CONNECTS TO THE COLD START SOLENOID,,,AND IT RUNS SUPER NOW!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T THINK INJECTORS NEED CLEANING,BUT COULD NOT HURT IF YOU WANTED?
