My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take your time and read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a gorgeous 1995 Mercedes-Benz S320. The W140 chassis is my favorite Mercedes by far. This car comes from a time when a Mercedes-Benz was built to a standard, not a price. In my opinion, it is the best blend of old school Mercedes reliability and construction with an ample amount of luxury features without all of the excessive computerization and automation found in newer models. I would rate the exterior of this S320 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this S320 is absolutely stunning to look at. It is finished in a dark charcoal and gray exterior with dark tinted windows all around. The finish is as smooth as glass and has a mile deep shine all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few minor flaws and imperfections associated with age and mileage. The vacuum closing assist is not working on this car but all of the doors and trunk do close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The dark tinted windows give this full sized Merc an elegant look. The factory polished alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and look at each of the photos to see how exceptional this Mercedes is. I would rate the interior of this Mercedes-Benz to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this sedan. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The leather seats also show well and are very comfortable. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood vaneers show very well for their age with just a little curling at the very edge behind the gear shifter, which is normal. The double-gasket windows have a vacuum in between the two layers of glass so the windows on a W140 will never fog up...and, as an added bonus, the interior is remarkably quiet. The power windows, mirrors, seats, sunroof and central locks all work properly. All of the interior lighting is working as it should, which you rarely find. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working perfectly. It offers independent settings for both the driver and passenger. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The stereo is original and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please look at each of the photos...they speak for themselves. Mechanically, this Mercedes S320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any noteworthy leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are great for her age. The suspension feels good all around with the slightest signs of common bushing wear evident if you pay close attention. The steering feels light and responsive. The brakes stop this full sized luxury sedan with no issues. Aside from the idiot light to tell you there is a light bulb out somewhere, there have been no lights on. The engine keeps perfect tempreature and excellent oil pressure. All vital fluids have been checked for level and condition...no problems. The engine makes good power and feels strong like it should. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a clean W140 with low miles, you know that they are getting very hard to find. This is one of the straightest ones I've come across in the last year. She has a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of March, 2015. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take your time and read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a gorgeous 1995 Mercedes-Benz S320. The W140 chassis is my favorite Mercedes by far. This car comes from a time when a Mercedes-Benz was built to a standard, not a price. In my opinion, it is the best blend of old school Mercedes reliability and construction with an ample amount of luxury features without all of the excessive computerization and automation found in newer models. I would rate the exterior of this S320 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this S320 is absolutely stunning to look at. It is finished in a dark charcoal and gray exterior with dark tinted windows all around. The finish is as smooth as glass and has a mile deep shine all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few minor flaws and imperfections associated with age and mileage. The vacuum closing assist is not working on this car but all of the doors and trunk do close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The dark tinted windows give this full sized Merc an elegant look. The factory polished alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and look at each of the photos to see how exceptional this Mercedes is.
I would rate the interior of this Mercedes-Benz to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this sedan. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The leather seats also show well and are very comfortable. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood vaneers show very well for their age with just a little curling at the very edge behind the gear shifter, which is normal. The double-gasket windows have a vacuum in between the two layers of glass so the windows on a W140 will never fog up...and, as an added bonus, the interior is remarkably quiet. The power windows, mirrors, seats, sunroof and central locks all work properly. All of the interior lighting is working as it should, which you rarely find. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working perfectly. It offers independent settings for both the driver and passenger. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The stereo is original and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please look at each of the photos...they speak for themselves.
Mechanically, this Mercedes S320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any noteworthy leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are great for her age. The suspension feels good all around with the slightest signs of common bushing wear evident if you pay close attention. The steering feels light and responsive. The brakes stop this full sized luxury sedan with no issues. Aside from the idiot light to tell you there is a light bulb out somewhere, there have been no lights on. The engine keeps perfect tempreature and excellent oil pressure. All vital fluids have been checked for level and condition...no problems. The engine makes good power and feels strong like it should. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a clean W140 with low miles, you know that they are getting very hard to find. This is one of the straightest ones I've come across in the last year. She has a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of March, 2015. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
