Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take your time and read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1996 Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan. This specific Mercedes is a little different than most I get. I purchased this vehicle down in Central Florida when my family and I went on vacation. I figured it would be better to drive around in a Mercedes versus some tiny rent-a-box for the week. I've personally put the last 1,000+ miles on this E320. I would rate the exterior of this E320 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Mercedes. The silver finish shows well all around. It looks to be an older re-paint, which is expected for an older Florida car. As with any older model, please expect to see a few scrapes and marks here and there as you walk around the exterior. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The original alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nearly new set of rubber with deep tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Mercedes is. I would also rate the interior of this Mercedes E320 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior of this E320 shows well for its age. Some of the leather on the door pulls and arm rest are a little loose, which is common with age and sun. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets are full looking and show well throughout the interior. The leather seats also show well for their age and are comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. The little vacuum motor under the rear seat will need replaced for the locks to work properly. A replacement vacuum motor costs about $250 and doesn't require any special skills to replace. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater comes on when needed and works properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this E320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. This E320 was traded in on a new Benz at a Mercedes dealer in Central Florida and is the last of the proper inline six cylinder engine cars. The 3.2L straight six starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels good for an older car with just minor bushing wear evident if you pay close enough attention. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine keeps proper temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Again, I have personally put the last 1,000+ miles on this car driving it around Florida and then all the way up the coast back to PA. She has been perfectly reliable and a pleasure to drive. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take your time and read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1996 Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan. This specific Mercedes is a little different than most I get. I purchased this vehicle down in Central Florida when my family and I went on vacation. I figured it would be better to drive around in a Mercedes versus some tiny rent-a-box for the week. I've personally put the last 1,000+ miles on this E320. I would rate the exterior of this E320 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Mercedes. The silver finish shows well all around. It looks to be an older re-paint, which is expected for an older Florida car. As with any older model, please expect to see a few scrapes and marks here and there as you walk around the exterior. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The original alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nearly new set of rubber with deep tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Mercedes is.
I would also rate the interior of this Mercedes E320 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior of this E320 shows well for its age. Some of the leather on the door pulls and arm rest are a little loose, which is common with age and sun. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets are full looking and show well throughout the interior. The leather seats also show well for their age and are comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. The little vacuum motor under the rear seat will need replaced for the locks to work properly. A replacement vacuum motor costs about $250 and doesn't require any special skills to replace. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater comes on when needed and works properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this E320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. This E320 was traded in on a new Benz at a Mercedes dealer in Central Florida and is the last of the proper inline six cylinder engine cars. The 3.2L straight six starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels good for an older car with just minor bushing wear evident if you pay close enough attention. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine keeps proper temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Again, I have personally put the last 1,000+ miles on this car driving it around Florida and then all the way up the coast back to PA. She has been perfectly reliable and a pleasure to drive. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
