1969 Land Rover 88" Series II A Vin. #24436400G Totally Original BARN FIND Land Rover! This is an all aluminum body and as the pictures show it has been lovingly used for several years. True one owner vehicle, as I purchased it from the sister of the original owner who is deceased. (I have an affidavit from the sister that confirms the provenance.) The 5 digit odometer shows 39,124 miles. Although I can not confirm this, it does seem possible since it was used mostly on their ranch. As the pictures show, it was last licensed in Georgia in 1991. The car was bought new at Leyland of Jacksonville, Florida and delivered as a Left Hand Drive. The Land Rover has a 2.25 4 Cylinder original engine and does run. This is a totally unrestored Land Rover that is ready for someone to clear out the issues or restore. I have purchased a new zenith carburetor, fuel pump, complete tune up kit, which have been installed by my mechanic. I also have new front bumper from Atlantic British which will go with the car. The Rover comes with the original spare tire and all locks work with 3 original Keys! This Rover has been in the south and as you can see by the pictures of the underneath of this car, it has no rust issues. I have been reluctant to clean and wash the outside dust off because of the look it gives! In Georgia a vehicle this old requires only a "Bill of Sale" to be licensed. I will supply a "Notorized Bill of Sale" to the buyer. NO RESERVE!
