NOTE: This is NOT a storm, flood, or hurricane vehicle!!! As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2004 Mercedes S430 4MATIC in great condition has mainly sustained light rear end damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures. Rear damage is dead center right below the rear trunk door. Trunk floor is not mangled (as seen in last pics showing trunk floor) but slightly dented and quarters are straight. Rear doors open close fine. Rear end should pull out easily without any major panel replacement. Quarterpanels are ok. Looks like the muffler/exhausts were removed (cut from the center) by the insurance body shop during damage estimate/inspection. The front end did not suffer any real impact and the front cooling components are fully in tact with no sings of any damage. Only the Left fender has light dent as seen and left headlight missing. Front end needs the bumper cover and headlight. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. No mechanical damage observed. No observed damage to the engine or transmission. No suspension damage. All glass good. Rear taillights, rear trunk door good. Interior is very clean as seen in the photos. All airbags are good! No airbag deployment. Excellent condition of the car indicates it was well maintained and most likely garage kept. Paint still shines like new! and has excellent tires/wheels. Mainly needs left headlight and front/rear bumpers. Overall should be a fairly easy fixer with light body work in the rear. Please see many photos below for overall condition of the vehicle and ask any questions you might have. Note: some panels show shadows, white marks on the photos below. They are reflections of clouds in the sky and other surroundings. The only body panel with real damage is the left front fender, rest of the body is near mint! Again, the car starts, engine runs good, all airbags good, goes into gear and the car lot runs/drives. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES

We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.

We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed).
