This a 1968 Firebird 400 -4 Speed . It started life as a 400 H.O. car that they only made 1415 . The motor was replaced some time in its life with a 1969 400 that i was told by the dealer , but have no way to verify that . The casting number is 9790071 .This car has been very well maintained through the years and also improved with some things like all aluminum radiator ,new springs , new shocks , hood tach , new 15 inch rally wheels and tires ,new pioneer remote 12 disc cd player , power antenna , inflatable spare tire with inflator. New dark green metallic paint on a laser straight body that was taken down to bare metal. I also have the PHS on this car . It still has original seat covers and carpet ,which should be updated if you were to show this car . The head liner and sail panels are new . The gauge cluster needs to be sent in to update gauges, the temp gauge quit and a temporary gauge was installed. This is a beautiful car that will show great at any car show .
