This is my wife's car that served us well and still runs great and drives fantastic. We got this car because from all the research we did, we discovered that this specific year and model got the best mpg compared to other Civics and Accords. I think because it's lighter, with its cloth interior (in great shape), 5 speed standard transmission, manual windows, etc... It's lighter than many others. We were getting 44mpg at 65 mph with the ac on. It has been extremely reliable, and incredibly affordable transportation. Interior is in really good shape for its age, but the exterior is not perfect ( see pics ) as well as imperfections on the hood that are hard to see. It's making a noise that subsides when you press the clutch, but doesn't effect driving. I was told, maybe just the throwout bearing. Alpine AM/FM CD player. Runs and Drives great! If I were keeping it, I would reglue some of the headliner (saggs, easy fix) and replace the visors(easy). Presentable, reliable, affordable and great transportation.
