I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis GS with just 134k miles. The Mercury Grand Marquis is a step up from the Ford Crown Victoria but shares the extremely reliable engine and transmission with the Crown Vic. I buy and sell quite a few of these cars (Crown Vic's, Town Cars and Grand Marquis') each year. They are nearly indestructible and offer an impressive blend of size, comfort, options and price. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Marquis to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. It is finished in a dark red with gray interior. The paint shines nicely for an older car. Up close, you can see a few dents along the passenger side and a small area where the RR fender is damaged. Otherwise, she shows well for her age. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The factory chrome wheel covers are all present and look great on this car. The tires are a nice matching set with deep tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Grand Marquis to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The gray interior is an excellent contrast against the dark red exterior. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of floor mats are included. The dash and headliner show well. The interior wood trim is fully intact and looks good. The seats show virtually no wear and are very comfortable. The power windows, locks, mirrors and drivers seat all work properly. The stereo is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this car is. Mechanically, this Grand Marquis appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The Grand Marquis shares its engine and transmission with the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car. The Crown Victoria's are best known for their role as Police vehicles...which get used very hard, typically. Once the Police are finished with them (typically around 120-150k miles), they are bought up at auction by Taxi companies who proceed to abuse them until they have nearly 500k miles. The Lincoln Town Car is known for limo and car services and are typically used until they reach 400k miles. You don't normally see the Mercurys with miles like that because they are most often bought by folks who don't drive that much...but the cars are capable of running 500k without major service needed. Driving this specific Grand Marquis is an absolute dream. I haven't driven a Crown Vic/Town Car/Marquis this tight in years. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. This is NOT an air suspension car so no worries about that failing in the future. The steering feels light and nimble. The brakes stop this car with no issues. Her road manners are absolutely impressive. The engine makes good power and feels strong. There is an ABS light that stays on. Otherwise, no idiot lights. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. She comes as a fresh NEW LINCOLN TRADE and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of January, 2015. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis GS with just 134k miles. The Mercury Grand Marquis is a step up from the Ford Crown Victoria but shares the extremely reliable engine and transmission with the Crown Vic. I buy and sell quite a few of these cars (Crown Vic's, Town Cars and Grand Marquis') each year. They are nearly indestructible and offer an impressive blend of size, comfort, options and price. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Marquis to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. It is finished in a dark red with gray interior. The paint shines nicely for an older car. Up close, you can see a few dents along the passenger side and a small area where the RR fender is damaged. Otherwise, she shows well for her age. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The factory chrome wheel covers are all present and look great on this car. The tires are a nice matching set with deep tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Grand Marquis to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The gray interior is an excellent contrast against the dark red exterior. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of floor mats are included. The dash and headliner show well. The interior wood trim is fully intact and looks good. The seats show virtually no wear and are very comfortable. The power windows, locks, mirrors and drivers seat all work properly. The stereo is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this car is.
Mechanically, this Grand Marquis appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The Grand Marquis shares its engine and transmission with the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car. The Crown Victoria's are best known for their role as Police vehicles...which get used very hard, typically. Once the Police are finished with them (typically around 120-150k miles), they are bought up at auction by Taxi companies who proceed to abuse them until they have nearly 500k miles. The Lincoln Town Car is known for limo and car services and are typically used until they reach 400k miles. You don't normally see the Mercurys with miles like that because they are most often bought by folks who don't drive that much...but the cars are capable of running 500k without major service needed. Driving this specific Grand Marquis is an absolute dream. I haven't driven a Crown Vic/Town Car/Marquis this tight in years. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. This is NOT an air suspension car so no worries about that failing in the future. The steering feels light and nimble. The brakes stop this car with no issues. Her road manners are absolutely impressive. The engine makes good power and feels strong. There is an ABS light that stays on. Otherwise, no idiot lights. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. She comes as a fresh NEW LINCOLN TRADE and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of January, 2015. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
