Selling my 2001 Honda CBR1100xx. I am the second owner. I bought the "Blackbird" in 11/2012 with 41,757 miles on it. It now has 68,xxx highway miles. This will increase since this is my daily driver. This is a very strong bike with over 164 hp. I say over 164 because it has a customized Akrapovic carbon fiber exhaust, K&N (just deep cleaned and oiled), and Power Commander USBIII. It is probably closer to 170 hp. It is loud, fast, and will get you noticed. It is faster than most anything on four wheels and will keep up or pass most superbikes (1000cc+). It got a new battery in 2013. Front and rear tires were just replaced on 7/30/14. Why? Because I am going to continue riding it until it is sold. Coolant was changed in 2013 and oil + filter changed 1,500 miles ago with full synthetic race oil. New sprockets and chain in May 2014. The seat is original and in great condition with no rips or tears. The Blackbird was originally red but I painted it black. The tank is still red as is the LED fender eliminator. Also, when I painted the bike, I debadged it so there is nothing on it that let's anybody know it is a CBR1100xx - stealth fighter mode. I regularly get 38+ mpg. The previous owner dropped the bike so the right side of the tank is dented but nobody will notice it because it has a black tank cover. The sliders saved the rest of the bike. Registration is paid up until June 2015.
