Vehicle Detail

Looking at my 90 Mustang. Bought it in IL close to 10 years ago, Started this project that long ago. MAYBE 400 street miles and has 6 passes down a dragstrip...Its been shop art for most of its life to be honest. Feel free to contact me with any questions or picture requests, that I didn't show or you would like to see. I like sending Emails because then you can zoom also. I sold 2 cars on here over the years and still have contact with the owners. Good or bad I show it all. So any questions feel free to call me -920-698-1595 My name is Mike. I work 7-5 Central time.. Now to the details. ENGINE; Dart block 347 O ringed, Eagle 4340 Crank, Eagle 4340 H beams, JE 9.8-1 pistons, Edelbrock Jr 2.05 valved heads, Edelbrock Jr. Intake, Demon 750 Carb, Comp cams .621/.627 Solid roller cam and Gold rockers. Crower Hi-Po lifters and one piece pushrods, CSI water pump, Powermaster Altenator, Mini Starter and Full MSD ignition. Have most paperwork with specs and bearing specs. Engine was built by Rocket Racing in Big Bend, WI. I threw away the receipt but it was close to 9K just for the mill. Car is more set up to be a nitrous car, but I still have the same bottle in it from 4 years ago. TRANS: TKO 600/MMR900 (supposedly supports 900 HP) Trans was locked in 3rd gear when I got it. Had Fritz at Port Ponies in Port Washington WI go through it about 5 years ago Mcleod Steel Bell, Centefoce DF clutch, also comes with a Spec Stage 3 in a box.. REAR: 8.8. Moser Axles with C clip elim's. Now 4.30 Ford Racing gears, Detriot Locker, Preload cover, Ford Racing Driveshaft. wheelie bar mounts (wheelie bars go with car) FUEL SYSTEM: Stock Sumped tank, Full Aeromotive fuel system. A1000 pump, filters, reg, -10 in and -8 out SUSPENSION: QA1 K member, QA1 coilovers, Drilled and slotted rotors. QA1 Rear Coilovers, Hotchkis Uppers and Lowers ELECTRICAL: Fully gutted, Rewired with 22 circuit harness, All the big main things are separate from the harness and on its own cuircuit but are triggered by the rewired harness. So if I would of had a issue I could trace it easier. Have extra wires rolled up and sealed under dash if I wanted to add more electronics later on. BODY; Hugger Orange painted, 4'' Cowl, Couple paint cracks in the front and Rear bumper, A dent in the cowl panel and a chip on the Hood. I would rate the paint a 6.5/10 IMO. Check the pictures for good and bad. EXHAUST: OBX stainless headers and H pipe, Stainless MAC Flowpath mufflers and a set of Mandrel 2.5 tails...I do drive this on the street so wanted it a little more quiet. THINGS TO ME THAT WOULD GET ATTENDED TO: Door panels are set up for electric windows but have roll downs. I would look for a set of roll down panels. Headliner is Red and doesn't match rest of car. Also a different fan setup simply to clean up the engine bay. Like stated I have raced this car a handful of times. Used to go to the racetrack with friends and their wives on a night and grill out and just have a good time. I am no suspension tuner or Maxed out Engine Tuner so I believe there is more into the car. I am not going to speculate what the car will do, all I know is what it has done. 2 years ago the car went 10.95 with 3.73's and a 100 shot at 124 spraying at the tree with a 3500 clutch dump. Here is a video of it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlQ09aQn5nI This year I did Chicago King Of The Streets which is no prep radial race with it. I put 200 in the plate with the new 4.30 gear. Spun out of the hole and lost by 2. This is a no time event and respect to real grudge/street racers, I wont even speculate on what it ran. As my car is more of a Sunday Car than grudge car. 2:44 in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlqAZrF8z54 The car is a streetcar, lights, blinkers and all the DOT things work. Farthest I have driven the car is Fon Du Lac which is about 45 minutes one way. I wouldn't call it a Daily Driver...But if you want to get home before the ice cream melts, this car could do it. Not saying it cant be driven around the world, but I would recommend a car trailer if your coming from a long distance away. The radials on it were used for this race only and still have the nubs on them. I have a set of ET streets also that also have the nubs on them and have 5 track outings with them that will go with the car. A aluminum adjustable wing will also come with the car. I don't know if the cage certs as it was in the car before I got it and it had a chute on the car. Before I painted the cage the bar was all Plymouth Tubes in it, which is good quality tubing. Like to see the car go to somebody that can dial in the setup more than my skill set and enjoy it if they drag race or just a fun around town car. I don't expect to get what I paid for to build it but people that seen the car in person or seen it run think the BIN is fair. Reason for me selling the car is simply it does not get enough use besides going to the local Mc D's car show once in a while. Like said, if you have any questions or want better pictures of one area feel free to contact me. Happy Bidding.
