ORIGINAL 50's HOT ROD - Restored - Powerful - Streetable - Comfortable - Unique - Classic She Looks Great, Sounds Great (open those cut-outs!) and Runs Great. Made a quick video of opening the electric cut-outs (sounds better in person!): MECHANICAL: This Classic Street Rod has a Strong 283 cu.in. Chevrolet V8 Engine with a new Edelbrock polished intake and 4 barrel Carburetor. Dual exhaust to rear with new headers. Has electric cut-outs that exit to both sides with chrome tips - not visible so as not to spoil the classic look bad-ass when opened up! Polished aluminum "Hilborn Style" finned scoop and rocker covers . Aluminum Powerglide automatic transmission. Starts up Clean and Crisp every time. Has never let me down! Battery disconnect with key for peace of mind. Recently converted from original FORD integrated gas tank in front of dash (still good if you want to use it) to poly tank and gas pump under rear bed with chrome filler neck in bed floor. Just didn't like the gas tank in front of me! Drop axle at front with coil-over shocks in the rear. Large GM front disks and rear drums. EXTERIOR: Keeping to the Classic Look has a two-tone green finish. Subtle pinstripes were added (around 40 years ago!) Chrome halogen headlights, electric Ooga horn and direction lamps Wanna' enjoy the cool Summer nights, just tilt out the windshield, roll up the back window, or take down the rag top for a pleasant breeze! INTERIOR: Check out the real gold leaf one-of-a-kind dash! Classic instruments include speed, tach, oil pressure, water temp, manifold vacuum, gas pressure, amps, fuel pressure and fuel level. Custom stitched tan upholstery and newer carpet. Center console houses a JVC CD player with MP3 and hidden speakers are mounted behind the seats.
