Vehicle Detail
1969 Chevrolet Camaro, Roller. No Engine, automatic trans. VIN: 124379L507852 Good Driver quality car. Light Blue, Black Interior. Body is in good condition, some typical rust issues for a 45 year old Camaro, paint is nice from 10 ft, some scratches and small dings. Interior is in good condition. Very serviceable for presenting at cruise night. See Photos. Car was my wife’s. We have owned for about two years. Purchased in Dallas, TX. Drove it sparingly around town. Motor began to show some smoke at start-up. Pulled out to refresh and discovered the block was cracked and heads needed much work. Had transmission rebuilt by local trans shop (A-1) and started to buy and install crate engine and FAST fuel injection. Have decided I do not have time to mess with it, I am a Corvette guy and have three waiting to be rebuilt or restored. Would rather spend my time on those, so this car must go! What you are buying: 1969 Camaro with NO ENGINE. Has rebuilt Automatic transmission (TH700-R4 ) w/B&M shifter. Car has front disc brakes, power steering, no air conditioning. New heater motor/fan. NEW Aeromotive stealth fuel tank with in-tank fuel pump. New pump relay, pressure gauge, and all new fuel hose w/return line. Accessories off the old engine: water pump, cooling fan, fuel pump, power steering pump, radiator, headers, carburetor, air cleaner, battery, new motor mounts, starter ring, starter, various hoses, belts, bolts. Probably some other parts I forgot to list. See photos. I can send more if you have a particular thing to see. Again, NO ENGINE. Overall, a nice, low cost way to enjoy a classic Camaro. Require $500 deposit within 3 days of close of bid. Balance must be received before release of Car. Can help with loading, but shipping is the responsibility of buyer. Not a numbers matching car, not a highly optioned car. Not an SS, RS, or Z28. Bid often and have fun.On Aug-19-14 at 15:26:20 PDT, seller added the following information: To answer some questions: Trim Tag Codes: INT 711 PAINT 79 79 Based on my research, 711 is Black interior, same as in car now. Do not know what is, or may be original. 79 79 Paint is Rallye Green. I have seen some green paint in the trunk and behind some weatherstripping. Carr is now a light blue, per photos.
