For Sale - 1980 Jeep CJ5 - Runs great, drives great, very fast and a lot of fun! The Jeep has a 401 AMC V8, MSD ignition, Edelbrock intake, fenderwell headers and exhaust. It has power steering and power disc brakes which is kind of rare on CJs. It has a four speed manual transmission and 4x4 works fine. It has a 4" spring suspension lift, and new 33x12.50x15 BFG All Terrains on black steel wheels. It has Best Top seats, a lockable steel Tuffy center console and a bikini top. Recent new parts include rear driveshaft, front and rear ujoints, battery, and starter solenoid. There is just a little bit of rust on the body on the passenger side, can be seen in the photos, and there are leaks from the engine, trans, transfer case, and rear diff, you will get a few spots when parked. But if you are interested in this Jeep, your primary interest the amazing power out of the 401 V8, this thing is a rocket ship and with the four speed trans, is just as much of a hot rod as anything you would find at a local car show, and probably faster than most of the cars there. I can provide his contact info, he makes regular runs from AZ to the midwest are like Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Minnesota etc, but has delivered vehicles for us to Texas and Tennessee before.
