Classic Mercedes "fin tail" for sale. Have owned for over six years. Fantastic shape and could be used as a daily driver. Have over $10K in vehicle. Has lived in the Midwest all of its life. No rust, new clutch, starter, hoses, fuel lines, brakes re-built. Has been partially re-painted. Not perfect but still shines up great. The front half was painted within the last year. Has brand new windshied with new seals on both front and rear window glassL. A few chips in rear but very slight. Near perfect interior. One small cut on driver's seat. Air conditioner works last I checked but needs charging. Also has brand new shocks and motor mounts. Will run 60 mph till it falls off the planet. Will actually go 70 but would overheat eventually. Just installed an electric auxiliary fan but vote is not in on its success I've spent about 3K within the last six months. The forums say you can get an old fantail for less than $3000. What they don't mention is the cost to restore it. This ones already there. It will always need love and attention but it looks great right away and nothing turns heads like an old "Finnie". These cars are real classics. It's not for everyone. You must know it's only a 2.0 liter so it is NOT a sports car, it's a "cruiser". I have every receipt from the day it was bought until now and some items are still under some type of warranty. It has all of the original manuals and documentation.
