If it does not reach Reserve it will automatically restart. I had trouble with a bidder's unethical behavior starting on the second day, including personal threats when I tried to communicate with him, and since then the auction stalled. He finally retracted his three bids and falsely accused me of Changing Information on my Page as his excuse. All I have done differently to this page since the auction started is to add a couple pictures which only allow potential bidders to have a better look. I'm certain I did that before he bid. If any of you have read the email exchange I posted below I mention to an interested person that I may or may not stop the auction.
