Hello! I have a 1955 Bel Air pro street for sale. Below is some info on the car. 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Post car. 540 CI Big Block Chevy. Gen VI block. Lunati Crank, Lunati Rods. Mahl pistons. 10.5 - 1 compression. Melling oil pump with Moroso pickup and 7 quart Moroso oil pan. Edelbrock timing chain, and cam. Hyd. roller. Howards roller lifters. Comp cams Gold roller rocker arms. Edelbrock Victor Heads that have been flowed, ported and polished. Edelbrock Stud girdle. Victor intake. 2inch carb spacer with a 850 Quick Fuel Tech carb. Custom black valve covers. GMPP high flow water pump and a Trick flow harmonic balancer. Motor dynoed at 715 horse with 672.7 ft lbs of torque. All on pump gas. Trans is a TCI turbo 400 forward valve pattern rated at 1200 horse with a 8 inch TCI 4500 stall converter. New B&M Mega shifter with line lock attached. Has Flex a lite trans cooler with a temp gauge hooked up. Has 6 an braided hose run to trans. Has a TCI trans safety shield. CSR Flexplate. Powermaster hight torque starter 4.4:1 planetary gear 1.6 hp. Starter cranks with ease. Griffin Radiator with dual electric fans. Car cools well, except on very hot days during stop and go traffic. New SSBC Brake booster and master cylinder. Holley electric fuel pump with 8an braided line run to a Holley fuel regulator. MSD Pro Billet distributor with MSD coil and MSD 6AL Digital box with built in adjustable rev limiter and MSD 8.5 wires hid under the dash. Fenderwell headers set up for electric cutouts (prewired). Otherwise its through flow master mufflers that exit in front of the rear tires. Driveshaft has super heavy duty universal joints . Shortened Ford rear end with Eaton Posi with 355 gears. Moser axles. Has Speedway Disc brakes all the way around. Ladder bars and driveshaft safety loop. 16 gal fuel cell with sending unit. Has Mickey Thompson front tires and M&H rear tires. Interior has custom center console with cd player and has a amp behind pass seat. Sub Woofer. Headliner is ripped. Could use new headliner. Has all working gauges by sun pro. Glass is good. Just replace both wing windows. Rear side glass on drivers side is scuffed and rear pass glass has a small crack in the rear. Has roll bar and G Force harness. Fiberglass tilt front end. Needs to be sanded and painted properly. Optima red top battery 980 CCA mounted in the trunk in an aluminum battery box. Painless wiring harness. Wheels are Chrome steel Vintiques. Raingear wiper kit. Car is very fast, low 11 1/4 mile times, yet still can cruise the streets with ease with the gears that are in it. The motor in it is a beast. Leave gears alone or switch to 410s and it should run mid to low 10s with ease. All on pump gas. Not a show car but one mean running Gasser. Clear title MA title, registered and inspected in MA (no emergency brake, but never been a problem for me with regard to inspection). I have more pictures available, feel free to email or call.
