1970 Dodge Challenger 340 Automatic Convertible. 1 of 178 - 340 4 barrel carburetor convertibles made with a 727 HD automatic transmission. 1 of around 252 B5 Blue color Convertibles made out of all 4,244 convertibles made in model year 1970. Throw in the factory air that still blows cold and it is sure to be one of a few 340 convertibles in B5 blue with working air and an automatic. A Rare Car combination in excellent condition! It is a fantastic driving car that turns heads! All Numbers Match: Dash Vin tag, Door sticker, Cowls, engine and transmission. (See Pictures) Have original Production Broadcast Build Sheet as well. Car looks and shows well. It is all original as built in April of 1970 except for the interior seat color and rallye dash. The interior was made as B5 blue - it is now white. This is now the 2nd ad placed for this car. I've owned it for a year. It was sold to me with 1400 miles on the restoration which was indicated as done in 2003. (Body, paint, engine rebuild, 727 transmission rebuilt, rear end, brakes) I have driven it 1,000 miles since I've owned. So car since rebuild has approximately 2,400 miles. I’ve installed a new speedometer, tachometer, & clock. The car will also come with a new white top boot, along with a CD of the original service manual, touch up paint and a laminated wiring diagram card.
