Up for auction is a nearly brand new 1957 Porsche Speedster Convertible Replica built by Vintage Speedsters of California in 2013. The car only has 2,500 miles on it since brand new and it just had a full inspection of entire car, oil change, valve check / adjustment. This car is so much fun to drive. Its a definite head turner so be ready for all the attention, questions you will get once you own it. It was built with a 1915cc air-cooled engine, oil cooler and custom ceramic exhaust which puts out right around 100 HP. It is also equipped with a 3.88 manual transmission. I had it built with disc brakes in the front end and also had front and rear sway bars added for better handling. I also had a Sony head unit installed which is XM capable and has Bluetooth so you can receive phone calls hands free and phone call is through the speakers. You can also play your iTunes selections or Pandora radio without having to use a cord which is a nice feature. Please feel free to send any questions about the car.
