Im selling my 2010 BMW 335I Convertible with optional M Sports package and navigation .It will be sold with NY salvage certificate of title due to flood loss claim that was paid out on her. Please check with your local DMV for titling issues every state has its own rules.The car was being serviced at a local BMW dealership that was flooded.All 138 cars on the lots were deemed an insurance loss including this one.My original intentions were to take the car apart and sell it as parts but the car is just too nice .I've been using the car the last year and it Starts runs and drives fine.Theres issues with the top and seats that dont move otherwise just about everything else works as it should just check out my video below. The seats need computer memory control boxes and the top makes noises like its about to open but never actually does I think it needs the top motor located in the trunk. The odometer reads 39,277 miles.The paint is nice and glossy and all the body lines are perfect and straight. The paint shines like glass and you can see your reflection in it.There is no prior collision damage evident on this vehicle and the paint is original. Overall, this vehicle's exterior is extra clean and shiny as would be expected with a low mile low use car.The Twin Turbo 3.0 engine on this vehicle is running properly and has a smooth shifting 6 speed auto transmission with the optional steering wheel paddles This BMW has a clean dry interior. Absolutely no rips, odors or abuse. The M sport seats leather is in excellent condition and the leather is supple firm and clean. The steering wheel control buttons all work correctly allowing you to operate the radio and other options.The I- drive button works as it should allowing you to access the navigation system.The A/C and climate control works as well blowing ice cold air .The Dunlop run flat tires have about 85% thread left .NO water ever entered the engine or transmission but as a precaution I did a full service on the motor and automatic trans that cost $600 .You can jump in the car and drive it coast to coast with no fear of breakdowns she's ready to go!The car steers arrow straight without you having to hold the steering wheel The brakes and suspension work great without any abnormal squeaks and noises.The sticker price of the car was almost $63,000 I'm selling it no reserve so someone's going to be getting a deal.
