Excellent Condition. Starts, Runs and Stops as it should, Great. Speedometer is NEW and has 500 miles on it. Actual miles are approx. 12k Tachometer is NEW Seat is NEW Headlight assembly is NEW Taillight Assembly is NEW Paint is in Great condition. A couple of small scratches in clearcoat on right hand side of tank. Small dent on front fender. Tires have lots of miles left on them This is a very fast bike. Summer is here... Time to Ride.. You WILL get what you pay forOn Jul-10-14 at 13:04:52 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had several people ask the bike has been wrecked, totaled or damaged due to having a lot of new parts installed. As far as I know it has never been wrecked, totaled or other wise damaged. My buddy and I bought this bike and a V65 from a fellow off CL. He had had them for several years and had restored them. The bikes sat covered in a shed and he had lost interest in them and just wanted them gone. When we got them the V65 had less than 10k original miles. It needed carb work from sitting as well as coolant issues which we solved. After sitting for so long with no fuel in it the sealer had come off. I removed all the sealer from the main tank and treated it with a rust remover. There is no rust that I can see. No sealer was put back in the tank. The lower aux tank had sealer as well. It was removed and replaced with a rust free aux tank . The carbs were removed ,disassembled cleaned and reinstalled. It fired right up and idles great. The V45 is in great shape. No rust to speak of. The engine is very clean and runs great. Small dent in the front fender. small scratches in the clearcoat on the right side of the tank. I think they could be polished out but that is a little pass my abilities so I will let the next owner decide on it. The seat is new but the seat lock has an issue keeping the seat locked in. Not a big deal by any means but just saying. This truly a great bike for being 30 years old. If you need other pics just let me know.
