Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purcahse. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Lexus GS400 Platinum with just 143k miles. The GS is the mid-range Lexus offering a host of luxury features while keeping to the sporting nature of a rear drive sedan. When this car was new, it was THE Lexus to have as the LS platform was a decade old design, the IS was too small and the ES was just a glorified Camry. I would rate the exterior of this GS400 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. It is finished in gold with matching interior, tinted windows and special alloy wheels that are specific to the Platinum Edition. As with any older vehicle, the exterior of this Lexus isn't perfect. The paint on the rear bumper doesn't look the best and there is a light scrape in front of the RR wheel. Overall, she doesn't look bad for an older model. The tires show good tread all around. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The windshield is cracked across the bottom. Please check your local laws to see if you'll be required to replace that or not. All of the other glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this GS400 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The leather sport seats are very comfortable and show well. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm on cool evenings. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is the original Nakamichi Premium Sound which appears to be working properly and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos. Mechanically, this GS400 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The V8 engine used in the GS, SC and LS cars is one of the best V8's available. It is basically a de-tuned version of a TRD race engine that recieved millions and millions of dollars in R&D for Toyots's factory race teams. The result is a silky smooth V8 that loves to rev and delivers great power along with remarkable reliability. The suspension feels tight and confident. The steering and brakes feel good, too. Her road manners are excellent. You have to actually look behind you at the rear seats to be reminded that you're driving a full sized luxury sedan. This GS400 handles and accellerates like a sports car. In the late 90's, this was the fastest production sedan made...until BMW came out with the M5 in 2000. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. In manual/sport mode, the steering wheel shifters are responsive and easy to use. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purcahse. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Lexus GS400 Platinum with just 143k miles. The GS is the mid-range Lexus offering a host of luxury features while keeping to the sporting nature of a rear drive sedan. When this car was new, it was THE Lexus to have as the LS platform was a decade old design, the IS was too small and the ES was just a glorified Camry. I would rate the exterior of this GS400 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. It is finished in gold with matching interior, tinted windows and special alloy wheels that are specific to the Platinum Edition. As with any older vehicle, the exterior of this Lexus isn't perfect. The paint on the rear bumper doesn't look the best and there is a light scrape in front of the RR wheel. Overall, she doesn't look bad for an older model. The tires show good tread all around. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The windshield is cracked across the bottom. Please check your local laws to see if you'll be required to replace that or not. All of the other glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this GS400 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The leather sport seats are very comfortable and show well. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm on cool evenings. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is the original Nakamichi Premium Sound which appears to be working properly and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos.
Mechanically, this GS400 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The V8 engine used in the GS, SC and LS cars is one of the best V8's available. It is basically a de-tuned version of a TRD race engine that recieved millions and millions of dollars in R&D for Toyots's factory race teams. The result is a silky smooth V8 that loves to rev and delivers great power along with remarkable reliability. The suspension feels tight and confident. The steering and brakes feel good, too. Her road manners are excellent. You have to actually look behind you at the rear seats to be reminded that you're driving a full sized luxury sedan. This GS400 handles and accellerates like a sports car. In the late 90's, this was the fastest production sedan made...until BMW came out with the M5 in 2000. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. In manual/sport mode, the steering wheel shifters are responsive and easy to use. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
