Up for auction is my 2002 GSXR600 track day bike. This model is fuel injected. It has a Leo Vince slip on with no other engine mods. I runs like a Swiss watch. This bike was purchased by me from a dealer who picked it up as a wrecked bike with 6900 miles on the odometer. The front end was damaged and the frame was bent. I took the bike and used forks that I purchased on Ebay to GMD Computrak in Cleveland and had the frame straightened and the forks checked for any issues. I purchased the bike in October of 05 and worked during the winter to get it ready for doing track days. Purchased some used bodywork on Ebay and fairing stays for the bodywork. It has never been down at the track. I logged over 2500 track day miles in 7 seasons. I was able to achieve the A group in NESBA which is no small task. The bike has been ridden fast but not abused. All maintenance was religious and I used only premium fuel and Amsoil for oil changes. If you know anything about these bikes, you know that they are bulletproof and very fun to ride. Mine is no exception. Recently I put a rattle can blue paint job on and it ain't perfect but after all, it is only a track day bike. I turn 61 in 3 weeks and have decided to retire while my body is still in one piece. The bike has not been ridden on the track this year. It has good track day rubber on it ready to do a couple of good track days. I does need a foam racing seat or any seat you can find to fit on it. Included in this auction are the front and rear Pit Bull stands, a manual, extra sprocket, extra set of wheels, extra tire, a couple of oil filters, kickstand, an extra fairing stay and some miscellaneous fasteners. I have installed a brand new chain. Keep in mind this bike has a rebuilt salvage title and you might be able to convert to a street bike in your state but I can't tell you for sure. All original wiring is there and you would only need the the bodywork and headlight, plus turn signals and brake lights. This is a no reserve auction and I am starting fairly low. Stock rear shock and Race Tech Springs in front with 7 wt. oil. Set up for 180 lb. rider.
