All of my local offers want me to part out this classic car but I would rather sell it as a whole complete piece. I have owned this 1966 Pontiac LeMans Convertible since 1993 and it has always been in a dry heated garage but I do not have the time at this point in my life to restore it. It is an original clean car that needs a frame off restoration because the frame is rotted out in several places, that is why I bought a frame from Arizona right after I got this car. This car has a 326 H.O. 4 barrel V-8 motor with an automatic transmission as well as a power convertible top. This car is 99% complete, missing the dashpad, radiator, outside mirror, and maybe a few minor pieces. All of the floor pans are solid, the doors, trunk, hood, and quarter panels seem to be very clean with no major putty or rust. The trunk and rear inner fenders are the only places that really need any minor attention at all. The photo of the floor pans show the condition of them with the rotted out frame in the background. I did run it about 10 years ago but I feel that the motor and transmission should be overhauled before running it again. As you can see from the photos there are many extra accessory parts that go with the car as well. This is a very worthwhile original project car that would make a great show car. I also have this car listed locally and I can end this auction at any time if it sells to a local buyer.
