1978 Corvette Pace Car **L 82 (350)**4-Speed, **Under 11K Miles Car is mostly original!! When I purchased the car, the paint had spider cracks on the hood, the decals were faded, and the carpet had a tear along the sill plate on the driver's side. I wasn't going to replace one without the other, so it has new carpet, paint, and decals. I personally did the interior and spent a winter hand sanding the car b/c I didn't trust anyone else nor the soda blasting(I wanted to keep the sharp lines) and it was painted by a professional out of Vestal, NY(name and number are available). He will also tell you how straight the car is, especially for a 78. Tires have less than 1500 miles on them, car is garage kept and under cover, but started every weekend and run when not raining or snowing. Car runs and shifts as it should and is mechanically sound. New brakes and brake lines, new calipers on rear. Everything works as it should, except that clock, it works at times if you pull the knob out, but then it stops. T-tops/Glass are in excellent condition, no scratches or marks. I've included the pictures that I have, but will gladly send more if you specify what you are looking for. This car is pretty rare, 1 of 202 with that motor/trans options. Still have the old lights/lenses/sill plates that I replaced with new ones, and will include with the car. I even have the original spare tire, however, it is quite dry-rotted. I believe I am the 4th owner, and can verify the mileage b/c the previous title had "actual mileage" on it, my NY registration has "exempt" because of age they said.
