Never get to go wheeling anymore because my daughters are playing so much softball and I am coaching both teams, so after 10 years of fun my TJ is on the block. It's got some rock dents/dings and some scratches but in overall good shape. I've listed the mods that have been done to the jeep and a few things that need to be fixed. It has been on the trails quite a few times, and has some rock rash, but I'm not the kind of driver who thinks a heavy gas pedal can get you over every obstacle, so it's not beaten to death by any means. My kids love cruising with the top down, but I also have a '79 CJ-7 that is going back on the road this month that will take over that duty. - Ford 8.8 rear end out of a 1995 Ford Explorer, new disc brake calipers installed during the swap- Aussie lockers installed in the front and rear axles- Rubicon Express 4.5" Super Flex lift, with new frame side bushings last year- 33" Super Swamper TRXUS M/T with about 50% tread (matching spare)- Advance Adapters Slip Yolk Eliminator installed on transfer case- Tom Woods CV driveshaft- Front winch bumper with hoop, D-ring mounts, and a 2" receiver, made by Groundpounder Fab- Rear swing away tire carrier bumper with D-Ring mounts and a 2" receiver, the latch mechanism and hinge are top notch, they hold the 33" spare without any rattling- Cobra CB and antenna attached to the rear tire carrier What is needs:- Tom Woods rear driveshaft needs rebuilt (CV is bad and is knocking)- Rear locker is pretty tight and should be re-shimmed, after a turn the teeth pop together pretty good (but if you are used to driving a jeep with a locker you already know what I mean)- needs new door skins- sailcloth top needs a trip to the upholstery shop to replace stitching or just replaced I work from home so if you want any additional pictures just let me know and I can get some up. I will not ship the vehicle, but work from home so it's easy for me to coordinate a pickup time with whatever carrier you choose.
