Please look at all 154 pictures and you will see just how nice this E class diesel really is! At 167,000 miles the previous owner spent $7000 to have a MB dealer rebuilt engine installed...see picture of bill. He also had other history done at the same facility that is very well known here locally for working on European cars...see picture of other history work. EVERYTHING works correctly on this car including the A/C, power antenna, and cruise control. The only 2 items that DO NOT work are the power headrest on the driver's side and the exterior temperature display. We just had a complete mechanical inspection done at Buckeye Auto Service *also a well known European specialist* and found absolutely ZERO that needed done to this car! We had a fresh rotella oil change completed, all fluids checked and topped off, and all exterior lights checked for proper operation. Then, we had Firestone install 5 BRAND NEW Firestone Affinity Touring tires *4 on the car and a new spare as well* and a 4 wheel alignment. These are 65,000 mile warranty tires. The ignition must have been replaced at some point because the original MB key is for the doors and trunk and a newer looking double cut key is the ignition key. It has 2 sets of keys, all the original owner's manuals and leather case, and all the original carpet floormats in excellent condition. Has the original radio and it works just fine. Only rust is what is noted in the photos...couple small bubbles on left front fender arch and lip of same fender and a few very, very small just starting bubbles in center of driver door just above the cladding. There are a few dents in the lower trim piece under the trunk to the right of the trunk lock...see picture. It starts right up, runs and sounds perfect, does NOT smoke, drives great, shifts perfect, and is simply an amazing car. Exceptionally cared for and it shows. I have had and sold many MB diesels so I know them well...bid with confidence!
