I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a beautiful 1989 Mercedes-Benz 300 SE. I am personally a huge fan of Mercedes-Benz cars of this era. I believe they are the best built cars available. This 300 SE comes from a time when a Mercedes was built to a standard, not a price. The attention to quality is everywhere. It's obvious that these cars were built to last. This specific Mercedes-Benz is a perfect example of what happens when a well made vehicle is properly cared for. I would rate the exterior of this 300 SE to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous Merc. She is finished in classic white over tan and looks amazing. The finish shines nicely all around and looks as smooth as glass. The classic lines of this sedan are timeless. Everything lines up nice and straight. All of the exterior chrome shines like a mirror. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this automobile. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of matching rubber with good tread all around. Please keep in mind that this is a 25 year old car. While it is an extraordinary example of a classic Mercedes-Benz, it is an 89...not an 09 so there are bound to be imperfections found here and there if one looks close enough, long enough. Please take your time and check out each of the more than 80 photographs closely. I would also rate the interior of this Mercedes-Benz 300 SE to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you open the drivers door, you are met with a graciously appointed interior that has been very well preserved. Judging from the condition of the seats, dash and vaneers...I would guess that this vehicle has spent its entire life in a garage. The door cards are clean and tight. The headliner is clean. The dash and rear deck are in nearly perfect condition. The carpets show very well for their age. A full set of factory Mercedes carpet floor mats are included as well as a set of matching all-weather mats. The seats are soft and supple, not dried and hard. Both front seats are power operated. With the exception of the RR window, the power windows work properly. The sunroof opens and closes easily. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold. The original Becker stereo still powers up and works perfectly. There is a CD changer in the trunk as well as a spare with tools. In the glove box is a full set of books and manuals as well as a stack of service receipts. Mechanically, this Mercedes appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Again, this 300 SE is an excellent example of what happens when a well made car is properly cared for. Inside the glove box is the factory maintainence booklet with every service completed by Sun Motor Cars from new through around 70k miles. I haven't gone completely through the stack of records in the glove box but it looks like they pick up from around the time the vehicle changed hands through present. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel great. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. The engine runs smoothly and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts notmally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for an extraordinary example of a classic Mercedes sedan, this 300 SE deserves your consideration. She has a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of April, 2015. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a beautiful 1989 Mercedes-Benz 300 SE. I am personally a huge fan of Mercedes-Benz cars of this era. I believe they are the best built cars available. This 300 SE comes from a time when a Mercedes was built to a standard, not a price. The attention to quality is everywhere. It's obvious that these cars were built to last. This specific Mercedes-Benz is a perfect example of what happens when a well made vehicle is properly cared for. I would rate the exterior of this 300 SE to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous Merc. She is finished in classic white over tan and looks amazing. The finish shines nicely all around and looks as smooth as glass. The classic lines of this sedan are timeless. Everything lines up nice and straight. All of the exterior chrome shines like a mirror. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this automobile. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of matching rubber with good tread all around. Please keep in mind that this is a 25 year old car. While it is an extraordinary example of a classic Mercedes-Benz, it is an 89...not an 09 so there are bound to be imperfections found here and there if one looks close enough, long enough. Please take your time and check out each of the more than 80 photographs closely.
I would also rate the interior of this Mercedes-Benz 300 SE to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you open the drivers door, you are met with a graciously appointed interior that has been very well preserved. Judging from the condition of the seats, dash and vaneers...I would guess that this vehicle has spent its entire life in a garage. The door cards are clean and tight. The headliner is clean. The dash and rear deck are in nearly perfect condition. The carpets show very well for their age. A full set of factory Mercedes carpet floor mats are included as well as a set of matching all-weather mats. The seats are soft and supple, not dried and hard. Both front seats are power operated. With the exception of the RR window, the power windows work properly. The sunroof opens and closes easily. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold. The original Becker stereo still powers up and works perfectly. There is a CD changer in the trunk as well as a spare with tools. In the glove box is a full set of books and manuals as well as a stack of service receipts.
Mechanically, this Mercedes appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Again, this 300 SE is an excellent example of what happens when a well made car is properly cared for. Inside the glove box is the factory maintainence booklet with every service completed by Sun Motor Cars from new through around 70k miles. I haven't gone completely through the stack of records in the glove box but it looks like they pick up from around the time the vehicle changed hands through present. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel great. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. The engine runs smoothly and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts notmally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for an extraordinary example of a classic Mercedes sedan, this 300 SE deserves your consideration. She has a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of April, 2015. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
