I am selling my very nice classic Toyota Landcruiser LJ70. It has a clean and clear New York state title in my hand, New York State inspection (2015) and is currently licensed , registered and insured and on the road until the sale. I have no reserve on this truck. The insurance programs for classics (as this one is ) are quite inexpensive . I spent a couple of years looking for one of these and imported this from Europe last year through US customs and it is properly titled in NY. Bulgaria was its origin. Sadly, It must go.. I have had a recent shoulder surgery; work is slow and a one man household cannot justify 3 cars on the road at this time.. VIN number JT1V0LJ7009001366 A very nice ride. I encourage you to come inspect how nice this is for yourself. I have 100% feedback rating over more than a decade on ebay and intend to keep it that way, I am listing this accurately and pointing out any flaws that are known . it is a 1985 and its not perfect, but its a solid 9 to 9+ out of 10 and I am being nit picky with my flaw list: I will start first with the flaws: interior: driver seat bottom corner torn... see picture provided 2 cracks on trim piece around cd / ipod player see picture provided 1 missing $5 button from air system ( everything functions fine, but needs the button on the end of a lever to be 100% complete) see picture center console flip top has a repaired hinge, and functions fine. see picture those are the notables inside.. no tears or otherwise flaws on headliner or other seats, some expected light wear here and there (see pictures it really is a very nice place to be inside) exterior: driver door "dent".. about the size of or smaller than a penny.. should be an easy repair if you care see picture. the rest of the body is straight, clean, and rust free. This was at the top of my want list when shopping... and I love the way this truck looks. see pictures The paint is new in the last few years (before I got it) from the roof down, and looks great. the roof appears to be original, and is also looking great. very clean transition between paint only at the top of the windshield pillar so its all in really good order either side of the frame has a patch behind the rear axle and running gear. everything is straight and rides great, and looks like the patches could be cleaned up and their existence visibly removed with a little effort if you care. I do not believe this was from rust, and behind all the suspension it would not affect anything operationally. the overall frame and all running gear are in great shape and there is no rot. That should cover the flaws down to the details..... They are all fixable should you care to. Highlights: Everything works Its diesel with great MPG, and these things last forever if taken care of great candidate for vegetable oil conversion only 159, 458 miles (may go up a bit if I drive it around a little) custom front and rear steel bumpers snorkel Security System with remote power locks, push button remote for starting security push button 4wd , free wheeling front lock in hubs cd player with auxiliary input for ipod mp3 or what have you Factory lighted Altimeter / inclinometer recently all 5 wheels sandblasted and painted flat black and balanced.. I was after the black and white theme It just had both front calipers rebuilt, and the ebrake adjusted. all works nice :) The LC shows that timing belt was done in the last few thousand miles..
