I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2004 Mercedes-Benz ML350. The M-Class was Mercedes' first entry into the mainstream SUV market and was a huge success. I buy and sell a dozen or so of these every year and I absolutely love them. I would rate the exterior of this ML350 to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, this is a good looking truck. As you can see in the photos, the factory silver finish looks great with the optional two piece alloy wheels and tinted windows. Up close, you can see a few imperfections in the paint...specifically on the fenders and on the drivers door. You have to be pretty close to the truck and looking for them to see that they are there...but they are there. As a whole, the truck looks good. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The two piece alloys look great on this truck and are wrapped in a good set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this ML350 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you open the drivers door, you are greeted by a well appointed interior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age and look good throughout the interior. The leather seats also show very well and are comfortable. Both front seats are power operated. As with most older ML's, the cup holders are permanently open. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood vaneers are in excellent condition and show well. The sunroof does not open. As far as other interior issues I've noticed, the drivers door lock actuator needs replaced and one of the little plastic clips to the drivers window appears to be broken. The window works but you need to help it stay straight up near the top. Neither are huge or uncommon issues with these vehicles. Fortunately, both minor issues are inside the drivers door so having the door panel pulled off once will take care of both. The audio system is original and appears to be working properly. All of the speakers sound good...not blown and crackly like many get. The climate control system is fully automatic and works perfectly. The heater keeps the interior warm on cool evenings and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR to handle the hottest days. Mechanically, this ML350 appears to be in great running and driving condition. I've personally put the last several hundred miles on this truck with no issues. The 3.7L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I have not seen any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels great. The brakes stop this luxury SUV with no issues. Her road manners are excellent. This ML350 handles the road great and is a pleasure to drive. The engine is as smooth as silk and makes plenty of power. The five speed automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The AWD system works properly and turns nicely. This ML350 has a current PA safety inspection good through the end of March, 2015. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2004 Mercedes-Benz ML350. The M-Class was Mercedes' first entry into the mainstream SUV market and was a huge success. I buy and sell a dozen or so of these every year and I absolutely love them. I would rate the exterior of this ML350 to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, this is a good looking truck. As you can see in the photos, the factory silver finish looks great with the optional two piece alloy wheels and tinted windows. Up close, you can see a few imperfections in the paint...specifically on the fenders and on the drivers door. You have to be pretty close to the truck and looking for them to see that they are there...but they are there. As a whole, the truck looks good. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The two piece alloys look great on this truck and are wrapped in a good set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this ML350 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you open the drivers door, you are greeted by a well appointed interior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age and look good throughout the interior. The leather seats also show very well and are comfortable. Both front seats are power operated. As with most older ML's, the cup holders are permanently open. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood vaneers are in excellent condition and show well. The sunroof does not open. As far as other interior issues I've noticed, the drivers door lock actuator needs replaced and one of the little plastic clips to the drivers window appears to be broken. The window works but you need to help it stay straight up near the top. Neither are huge or uncommon issues with these vehicles. Fortunately, both minor issues are inside the drivers door so having the door panel pulled off once will take care of both. The audio system is original and appears to be working properly. All of the speakers sound good...not blown and crackly like many get. The climate control system is fully automatic and works perfectly. The heater keeps the interior warm on cool evenings and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR to handle the hottest days.
Mechanically, this ML350 appears to be in great running and driving condition. I've personally put the last several hundred miles on this truck with no issues. The 3.7L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I have not seen any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels great. The brakes stop this luxury SUV with no issues. Her road manners are excellent. This ML350 handles the road great and is a pleasure to drive. The engine is as smooth as silk and makes plenty of power. The five speed automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The AWD system works properly and turns nicely. This ML350 has a current PA safety inspection good through the end of March, 2015. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
