This is a 2003 30 foot Sun Tracker Party Hut! It is the biggest pontoon boat available. you can water ski behind it, lay on lounge chairs on the upper deck, and even enclose the entire boat with tent enclosure for overnight fun. Only used in fresh water. The 150 Mercury XR6 is still winterized and ran perfect. it comes with it's custom trailer which is in perfect shape and has good tires on it. The boat cushions are torn and worn and need to be replaced or covered with a towel for immediate use. the aluminum side panels have crinkles in them from the previous owner who apparently could not separate partying from docking. but these are only cosmetic. the pontoons and aluminum frame and deck are in great shape. No water in the pontoons, deck is all aluminum, no plywood flooring like most pontoons. The canvas tent enclosure is about a dozen panels which completely enclose the lower level front and back. The panels have screen and clear plastic windows. the picture here with the tent are not my but they are exactly the same as mine. The back canvas needs a new zipper and screen sewn in. all panels and top canvas are included. The hinge on the front door panel needs to be replaced. This model is the regency edition and has a small closet with a portable toilet. A kitchen area with sink and a alcohol type burner. but i put a BBQ on it that i use instead. the sink is not plumbed for fresh water, it use to use lake water. The roof on the sundeck has a torn up rubber covering which can easily be replaced or patched. the plywood under that is exterior grade of course (this is the floor of the upper deck, so that is not aluminum, just to be clear). Needs a good cleaning, carpet is in good shape as is settee and drivers seat. Main wear and tear to cushions is front two sofas, which fold out to make two beds
