I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very clean 1995 BMW 740iL. The 7 Series is and has been the flagship sedan of the BMW family. As you can figure out from the name, this is the long wheelbase version of the E38 chassis with the 4.0L V8 engine. As you can see, this is a gorgeous BMW. It is finished in dark blue over gray leather interior. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The finish shows very well from front to back. As you walk around the exterior of this BMW, you'd be hard pressed to find any noteworthy flaws...especially considering the age of the car. The finish has a mile deep shine and is as smooth as glass. The body lines up nice and straight. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a decent set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this car is. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The only bad thing I can say about the interior of this BMW is that the cup holder is broken, of course. Otherwise, the interior is very clean and well kept. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The leather seats are clean and show no noticeable wear. The headliner is sagging a bit, which is common with age. All of the wood interior trim shows well and is fully intact. The power windows, locks, mirrors, and sunroof all appear to be working properly. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The trunk is spacious and clean. The plastic lever to open the hood is broken and should be replaced. The original cassette player has been upgraded with a CD player which powers up and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm on cool mornings and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The only complaint I have about this car is that the ball joints are starting to show some wear...which is common around this age and mileage. You could just replace the upper and lower control arms but I'd do the whole front end bushing set which can be had right here on eBay for a little over $200. The labor is about the same either way (5+- hrs) so you'd might as well do it once and be done with it. The steering feels tight and responsive. The suspension feels good. The brakes stop this full sized sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The makes great power and runs strong. The ZF five speed adaptive drive automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straght. If you're looking for an exceptionally clean E38 with low miles, this example definitely deserves your consideration. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very clean 1995 BMW 740iL. The 7 Series is and has been the flagship sedan of the BMW family. As you can figure out from the name, this is the long wheelbase version of the E38 chassis with the 4.0L V8 engine. As you can see, this is a gorgeous BMW. It is finished in dark blue over gray leather interior. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The finish shows very well from front to back. As you walk around the exterior of this BMW, you'd be hard pressed to find any noteworthy flaws...especially considering the age of the car. The finish has a mile deep shine and is as smooth as glass. The body lines up nice and straight. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a decent set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this car is.
I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The only bad thing I can say about the interior of this BMW is that the cup holder is broken, of course. Otherwise, the interior is very clean and well kept. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The leather seats are clean and show no noticeable wear. The headliner is sagging a bit, which is common with age. All of the wood interior trim shows well and is fully intact. The power windows, locks, mirrors, and sunroof all appear to be working properly. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The trunk is spacious and clean. The plastic lever to open the hood is broken and should be replaced. The original cassette player has been upgraded with a CD player which powers up and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm on cool mornings and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The only complaint I have about this car is that the ball joints are starting to show some wear...which is common around this age and mileage. You could just replace the upper and lower control arms but I'd do the whole front end bushing set which can be had right here on eBay for a little over $200. The labor is about the same either way (5+- hrs) so you'd might as well do it once and be done with it. The steering feels tight and responsive. The suspension feels good. The brakes stop this full sized sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The makes great power and runs strong. The ZF five speed adaptive drive automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straght. If you're looking for an exceptionally clean E38 with low miles, this example definitely deserves your consideration. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
